ENCO Trade LP

ENCO Trade LP is a global coal trading company headquartered in Great Britain. By working on long-term purchasing agreements with experienced mining companies, we plan to supply up to 4 million tons of coal each year to customers worldwide, including in India, China, Korea, and Turkey. Our focus on operational excellence and a dependable supply chain allows us to create lasting value for our clients while sustaining a strong and stable financial foundation.
ENCO Trade LP operates exclusively in the business-to-business (B2B) sector, supplying coal and related commodities under individually negotiated commercial contracts. This page sets out our general approach to cancellations, returns, and commercial disputes.
1. No retail sales
ENCO Trade LP does not conduct retail or consumer sales. All transactions are conducted between businesses under separately agreed contracts. Accordingly, consumer protection legislation relating to distance selling and consumer refund rights does not apply to our commercial activities.
2. Cancellation and amendment of orders
The terms governing the cancellation or amendment of any purchase or supply agreement — including applicable notice periods, penalties, and procedures — are set out in the relevant commercial contract agreed between ENCO Trade LP and the counterparty. There is no standard cancellation right outside of the terms expressly agreed in writing.
3. Quality claims and disputes
Any claims relating to the quality, quantity, or specification of goods supplied are governed by the terms of the applicable contract, including provisions relating to independent inspection, sampling, and dispute resolution. Claims must be submitted in accordance with the timeframes and procedures stipulated in the contract.
4. Governing framework
Unless otherwise agreed, commercial contracts with ENCO Trade LP are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement may be referred to arbitration or the courts of England and Wales, as specified in the relevant contract.
